Not-So-Fried Chinese Noodles Recipe
There are very few people in the world who do not drool over Chinese noodles. The smell of burned soy sauce and garlic makes this noodles recipe one of the most popular dishes in the world. However, we cannot always have our fill of Chinese noodles because it contains a number of unhealthy ingredients.
First of all, this Chinese noodles contain ajino motto. And even you exclude it, this noodles recipe is literally dripping in oil. But do not need to chuck Chinese noodles if you are on a diet or you have high cholesterol. Guess why? We have come up with an alternative healthy recipe; the not-so-fried noodles. This variety of Chinese noodles is not fried but just doused with olive oil and soy sauce. But even noodles that are not fried can taste delicious. Check out the recipe.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- Noodles- 100 grams
- Carrot- 1 (chopped)
- Onion greens- 2 stalks (chopped)
- Beans- 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Bell peppers or capsicum- 1/2 (chopped)
- Olive oil- 1tbsp
- Soy sauce- 1tbsp
- Green chillies- 4 (chopped)
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure
- Boil the noodles with salt and 1tsp oil. Drain the water and douse the oil with 1tsp olive oil to prevent it from sticking together.
- Meanwhile boil all the chopped vegetables namely carrots, beans, onion greens and bell peppers in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the boiled vegetables and add them to the noodles.
- Now add 1tsp olive oil to a shallow pan. Warm it for 30 seconds on a low flame.
- Add the green chillies, soy sauce and salt to the pan.
- Mix it up and saute for a minute on low flame.
- Pour the soy mixture into the noodles and mix it up.
What you have is the delicious and not-so-fried Chinese noodles that are both healthy and tasty.
