Sabudana Poha, Best For Summer & Navratri
Today is the grand day that is the “ashtami" of vasant navratri. On this day, it is said that many who follow the navratri fast end the fast with a special meal on this day (I.e the 8th day of the nine days celebration). Take a look at how to go about the preparation of the tasty Sabudana poha recipe.
Sabudana Poha Recipe – Festive Special Delicacy

Ingredients:
1. 2 big cups of sabudana (soaked in 4 cups water)
2. 1 tsp roasted groundnut powder
3. 1 cup of carrots (chopped)
4. 1 cup of potatoes (chopped)
5. ' cup coriander (chopped)
6. 1 tsp Rock Salt (powder it)
7. 1 tsp mustard seeds
8. 1 tsp gram dal
9. 1 tsp urad dal
10. 2-3 green chilies (chopped)
11. 2 tsps oil
Sabudana Poha Preparation:
1.In a pan fry mustard seeds, urad dal, gram dal, green chilies in the same order.
2.Drain the excess water in sabudana and mix it well with roasted groundnut powder.
3.Add the sabudana into pan, sprinkle salt as per requirement, add boiled vegetables and garnish with coriander leaves. Tasty sabudana poha is ready to serve.
