Easy Vegetable Mayonnaise Sandwich Recipe

Mayonnaise is one ingredient which is always kept handy in any household. It is tasty and it makes your work easier in the morning. So, today we have a simple vegetable mayonnaise sandwich for your breakfast menu. This sandwich is easy to make, easy to carry and does not take too much time.

So, have a look at this easy vegetable mayonnaise sandwich recipe and have a hearty breakfast.

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- Bread slices- 10
- Mayonnaise- ½ cup
- Celery- 1 cup (finely chopped)
- Carrot- 1 (grated)
- Lettuce leaves- 5-6
- Capsicum- 1 (finely chopped)
- Salt- as per taste
- Black pepper powder- 1tsp
- Tabasco sauce- ½ tsp
Procedure
1. Mix the celery, capsicum, carrots, salt, black pepper powder and tabasco sauce with the mayonnaise. Mix well.
2. Cut out the sides of the bread slices.
3. Spread a lettuce leaf on the slice.
4. Then spread a generous amount of the mayonnaise mix over the lettuce.
5. Cover the slice with another bread slice.
6. Repeat the same procedure to make more sandwiches.
