Coriander Paratha For Breakfast
Getting up in the morning and preparing breakfast for all seems like a herculean task. It is especially difficult for working women who have to cook and then leave for work. In such a situation you need a simple and quick breakfast recipe which has to be filling as well as healthy.
Keeping this in mind today we have a simple and quick coriander paratha recipe for breakfast. Coriander leaves are generally found in every house. We need it almost everyday for some or the other curry. Coriander has a distinct aroma and is rich in vitamins too.

So, try out this tasty coriander paratha for breakfast today. Here is the recipe.
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour- 2 cups
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil- 3tbsp
For Stuffing
- Coriander leaves- 1 cup (chopped)
- Coriander powder- 1tsp
- Cumin powder- 1tsp
- Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
- Besan- 1tbsp
- Green chillies- 2 (finely chopped)
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure
1. Mix whole wheat flour, salt and add enough water to make a semi-stiff dough.
2. Knead well and divide into 6 equal portions.
3. Roll out each portion into a thick chapati.
4. Mix all the ingredients of the stuffing together in a bowl.
5. Place a tablespoon of this stuffing at the centre of the chapati.
6. Close the sides of the chapati and cover the stuffing completely.
7. Roll out again into a thick chapati.
8. Heat a tawa and place this chapati on it.
9. Brush a little oil on both sides of the chapati and fry till it turns golden brown in colour.
10. Repeat the same procedure to make more chapatis.
