Easy Tips To Cook Mushrooms!

Cooking tips to saute fresh mushrooms:
1. Always clean the mushrooms before boiling them. Cut the cap if required and cut them into slices or two halves.
2. Boil mushrooms by adding vegetable oil or butter or both in water. Saute mushrooms in medium or high heat. If cooking in high heat, keep mixing the mushrooms to avoid burning them.
3. While cooking mushrooms, you will see that the pieces leave water as a layer. When the water is boiled and mushrooms look tender and golden in colour, it shows that the pieces are cooked.
Cooking tips to make mushrooms in microwave:
1. Clean and cut the mushroom into thin slices or halves as required. Place them in the bowl greased with butter. Cover with a foil and cook on high temperature for 2-4 minutes. Stir once.
