Fruit Custard Recipe For Beginners
Fruit custard recipe is a simple, tasty and healthy dessert. The taste of your fruit custard will depend on the type of fruit chosen to make it. You can make the dessert with some healthy and tasty fruits such as strawberries, cherries, grapes and bananas. Experiment with different combination so that it will give the flavour of all fruits.
Fruit custard recipe is a simple custard recipe for the beginners. This custard recipe is healthy and nutritious as many fruits are added to it. Adding some dry fruits to it will make it more nutritious.

The custard will provide a creamy taste to the fruit and complement their taste. It is one of the best custard recipes.

Preparation time- 10 Minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients of fruit custard recipe:
Milk- 3 cups
Custard powder - half cup

Sugar- as per taste
Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon.

Mixed fruits - Apple, mango, banana, cherries, tutti frutti.
Nuts - Cashews and badam (half cup chopped)
Half cup of mixed fruits (apple, banana, strawberry, grapes, pomegranate)

Method of preparation of fruit custard recipe:
1. Boil milk and add sugar to it.
2. In a separate bowl, add a little milk. Heat it and slowly add custard powder with continuous stirring.

3. Add the custard mixture in the boiling milk.
4. Lower the flame and cook till it attains a thick consistency.

5. Remove from flame. Add vanilla essence.
6. Add the mixed fruits to it.

7. Garnish with dry fruits.
8. Serve it hot.

Nutritional value
The recipe contains milk rich in calcium and other nutrients. At the same time, it contains fruits. Fruits provide us with all the vitamins and minerals needed to support body functions.

Tip
While adding custard to milk, stir it continuously or otherwise, there will be lumps of custard in milk.
