Ingredients:
200gms Maida/Flour sieved
2tsp Saffron Milk
2tsp Oil
50gms Khoya
' Cup Almonds, Chopped finely
2tsp Pistachio
1tsp Raisin
3tsp Sugar Powder
' tsp Lavang/Clove Powder
Few Cloves
1 Cup Sugar Syrup
Method:
Mix Flour, Saffron Milk, Oil and water to make a dough. Divide the dough into balls and keep aside. Mix Khoya, Almonds, Pistachio, Raisin, Sugar Powder and Lavang Powder.
Roll out each dough ball in the shape of a circle. Put a spoon of Khoya mixture in the middle and apply water on the edges and fold into a triangle and seal with a Clove.
The other shape can be to close the opposite edges to meet in the middle over the mixture to form a strip. Seal the edges and poke a clove in the middle. Deep fry them on low flame and dip in Sugar Syrup.
