Kalakhand Recipe For Krishna Janmashtami -
Ingredients:
- 1 litre milk
- ' kg fresh paneer
- ' cup Sugar
- Chopped Almonds, Pistachios
- ' tsp Cardamom powder
- Butter
How To Make Kalakhand?
1. Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel and keep stirring until it gets thicker. Mash paneer well and add it to the milk.
2. To this, add sugar, cardamom and continue stirring until the mixture gets solid.
3. Transfer the contents of the vessel to the butter greased plate and garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios. Tasty kalakhand is now ready.
