Badam Halwa For "Visit Your Relatives Day"
Since "Visit Your Relatives Day" (may 18th) is soon arriving, it is time to make some tasty desserts, and for that, today, we present you with a delicious "Badam Halwa Recipe". Badam Halwa Recipe For "Visit Your Relatives Day"
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup almonds (badam) soaked overnight, peeled
2. 1 1/2 cup maida
3. 1 cup sugar
4. Pinch of badam powder
5. 2-3 tsps MTR badam powder
6. 1/2 cup ghee
Badam Halwa Preparation:
1. Grind almonds, maida and sugar into thick paste.
2. Add the mixture into a pan and keep stirring.
3. To the mixture, add ghee, badam powder and stir continuously until it is semi solid. Tasty badam halwa is ready.
Garnish with fried almonds, saffron and serve the savory badam halwa anytime.
