This cake recipe is just mouth watering and is also less time consuming.

Apple honey cake recipe

Serves - 4
Cooking time - 30 minutes
Preparation time - 15 minutes

Apple - 2 cups (finely chopped)
Eggs - 3
Butter - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Maida - 1cup (unsalted)
Vanilla Essence - 3 to 4 drops
Honey - 4 tablespoons
Baking Soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Almond Powder - 1 cup


  1. In a bowl, add sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla essence and beat this mixture thoroughly.
  2. Now, add one cup maida, almond powder, honey and baking soda to this mixture.
  3. Beat it thoroughly.
  4. Now, add the finely chopped apple pieces to the mixture and mix it well.
  5. Take a 9-inch pan and crease it with butter.
  6. Now, slowly pour the mixture on to the pan.
  7. If you are keeping it in a pressure cooker with water, add salt to the pressure cooker and upon that keep the plate. And bake it for 30 minutes without keeping the whistle on.
  8. If you are keeping it in an oven, pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees and bake it for 40 minutes.
  9. Follow either of these two procedures and your apple honey cake will be ready after the mentioned time.
