Cough, common cold and nausea are common seasonal ailments which can be cured naturally by drinking tasty soups. Soups made of herbs are not only healthy appetizers but can cure phlegm that cause cough and cold. Take a look at how to make delicious ginger soup recipe.
Ginger Soup Recipe For Seasonal Ailments -
Ingredients:
- 2 tsps fresh ginger paste
- 1 tsp tamarind juice
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ' coriander (chopped)
- 1 tsp jaggery
- Salt according to taste
- 1 red chili
- ' tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp oil
Herb Soup Preparation:
- In a pot, heat oil and add a teaspoon of cumin seeds, mustard seeds, ginger paste, coriander leaves, dry chilies and fry for a few minutes.
- Then add 2-3 cups of water, tamarind juice, jaggery, salt according to taste and bring the mixture to boil. Tasty ginger soup is ready.
This ginger soup recipe serves 3.
Enjoy the delicious ginger soup hot hot before meal.
