Preparation Time: 10 mins
All you need
Amla - 4 no
Amla Crush - 1 tsp
Chakri phool powder (Star anise) - ½ tsp
Honey - 1 tsp
Crushed Ice - 5 tsp
Water - 2 cups
Procedure:
Add amla, amla crush, chakri phool powder and blend it for 3- 4 mins.
To the mixture add 1½ cups of water and blend it for a minute.
Strain the liquid and keep it aside. Add honey to the strained liquid and stir well.
Add crushed ice cubes to the amla juice and stir.
Serve immediately before the crushed ice melts.

Lemon Juice- 1 tsp
Bael juice - 1 cup
Ginger - 15 gms
Salt to taste
Sugar - 2 tsp
Procedure:
Add all the ingredients and ginger juice along with a cup of water and blend it.
Add salt to taste.
You can add fruit extracts (peach, bananas, pears etc. )instead of sugar to increase the sweetness
Refrigerate for a while and serve chilled.
