Apple banana smoothie with milk, energy drink recipe:
Ingredients
1-2 apples peeled and cut into medium sized pieces
2 bananas
2 cups cold milk
2 tbsp sugar
strawberry/banana slices for garnishing
Directions to make apple banana smoothie with milk recipe:
1. In a blender, blend apple and banana with milk. Add sugar and blend till the smoothie becomes soft and creamy.
2. If you want to have it chilled, add few ice cubes and blend for few seconds. Pour in glasses and garnish with strawberry/banana slices.
Apple banana smoothie with milk is ready to drink. You can also have it as a filling evening snack!
