Carrot juice is a healthy and nutritious juice which is beneficial for the body and skin. To get glowing skin free from dark spots or marks, have carrot juice everyday. Carrot orange/ pomegranate juice recipe:

Ingredients

4-5 carrots
2 oranges / 1 pomegranate
salt to taste
water
mint leaves

Directions to make carrot orange/ pomegranate juice recipe:

1. Wash the carrots and cut the top of it. Peel the outer skin of the carrots and wash them again. Cut the carrots into medium sized pieces to allow easy blending.

2. Peel the oranges or cut the pomegranate whichever you want to use.

3. In a juicer, blend the carrots and oranges or pomegranate. Add very little water if required.

4. Strain the juice and add salt.

5. Garnish with mint leaves.
