Paneer Manchurian In 7 Simple Steps

As Valentines day is just days away it is time to surprise your partner everyday with tasty dishes and win his heart for the special occasion. Our special pick of the day is the deliciously delicious Paneer Manchurian Recipe. Take a look at how prepare the Paneer Manchurian in the chinese way.
Paneer Manchurian Recipe -

Ingredients:
1. 1/4 cup flour
2. 1/2 tsp chinese salt
3. 2 tsp cornflour
4. Pinch of rice flour (For crispness)
5. 1 tsp maida
6. 1/4 cup spring onions (chopped)
7. 2-3 green chillies (chopped)
8. 3 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
9. 5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
10. 250 gms fresh paneer
11. 1 tsp chilli powder
12. 2 tsp Soya sauce
13. Salt to taste
14. Oil for frying
15. Egg white (optional)
16. Few coriander leaves, chopped
Paneer Manchurian Recipe Method:
1. Cut paneer into small squares.
2. Marinate paneer pieces in salt and some ginger-garlic paste and leave aside for 10-15 minutes.
3. Combine cornflour, flour, maida, rice flour, egg white, ginger-garlic paste, salt, chilli powder and water in a bowl to make a smooth batter.
4. Dip the paneer pieces in the batter and fry in oil until golden brown.
5. Fry chopped spring onions and garlic cloves in oil and keep aside.
6. Now add soya sauce, fried paneer pieces, green chillies, salt, chinese salt and bake the ingredients on simmer.
7. Now, remove hot pan from heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Tasty Paneer Manchurian ready to serve.
Serve the paneer snack hot with spicy chilli or tomato sauce.
