Golgappa - Tangy Delhi Chat Recipe

Golgappa, the famous chat prepared in the streets of Delhi can be made at home provided if you take a look at our ingredients and the method of making it. Also, today is said to be the sprouts day so we would want to share a healthy golgappa recipe that can be enjoyed just like the Delhiites, take a look.
Golgappa - Tangy Delhi Chat Recipe

Ingredients:
For Filling -
1 cup moong dal sprouts (boiled)
2-3 potatoes mashed
1 tamarind juice
Chopped Coriander
Salt according to taste
For paani -
2 tsps paani puri masala
1/2 tsp chaat masala
5-6 cups of cold water
Fresh mint and coriander leaves (chopped)
1/4 cup lemon juice
For poori -
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup semolina
Butter
Salt according to taste
How To Make Tasty Golgappa?
1. Add all the filling ingredients to a bowl. Mix well.
2. In a separete bowl, mix the paani ingredients. Stir well
3. Combine all the poori ingredients and knead the dough well.
4. Make small balls of the dough and roll into flat circular discs.
5. Fry both sides of the disc in oil until golden brown.
6. Arrange pooris in a plate.
7. Make a hole on the poori, put some filling and dip the poori in the paani. The Delhi chat is ready to eat.
