Here is the special mother's day recipe which I would like to share with you all you lovely readers. Well, undoubtedly my mom is a great cook and I like everything prepared by her. But the special aloo chaat which she makes for me has no competition in this world. Undoubtedly like all of North India, I am obsessed with crispy chaat recipes. Be it aloo chaat or aloo tikki or dahi bhalle, we just love chaat recipes.
Here we spend many a evening eating our favorite aloo chaat, relishing its magical, addictive flavours. And why not? It is a comforting food that warms the palate. Aloo chaat can be best served with chilled yogurt and tamarind chutney.
