This is a healthy and easy snack for iftar. You can eat this yummy creamy spinach toast to suffice your appetite until you have the main feast of Ramadan iftar.
Those who don't like brad will also like to eat this finger liking spinach toast. This will not make you heavy and will not kill your appetite for dinner at iftar.

Spinach in the toast is very healthy and nutritious and this is also one of the yummy way to eat spinach. It will provide you with calcium and make your bones strong.

Serves: 5
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Baking time: 15 minute
Ingredients
- whole wheat bread slices: 10 toasted
- Sandwich cream: One tablespoon
- Pepper powder: two teaspoon
- Cabbage: Few slices
- Tomato: one (sliced)
- Grated cheese: 8 teaspoon

For Spinach Topping
- Spinach (palak): paste two cups
- Chopped onions: small two
- Butter: One tablespoon
- Cornflour dissolved in milk cream: One tablespoon
- Green chillies: Three pieces big
- Baking soda: A pinch
- Salt to taste

Method Of Preparation For Spinach Topping
- Heat butter in pan, add green chilly, sliced onions and fry on low flame for two minutes.
- Add the spinach paste, cornflour-cream mixture, salt, baking soda and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Cook till it gets thick in consistency.
- Allow it to cool and keep aside.
- Put grated cheese, tomato slices, cabbage slices and the above topping on each bread slice. Sprinkle pepper powder over it.
- Bake in an oven at 200°C 10 minutes.
- Cut the bread slice into pieces and serve hot.
