Egg Puff Recipe: Crisp Evening Snack!

Egg puff recipe-
Ingredients:
boiled egg
plain flour (maida)
cumin powder
garam masala
salt
Directions to make egg puff recipe:
1. Make a smooth dough of maida with lukewarm water. Add a small pinch of salt and roll it into rectangular shape.
2. Apply oil on the rectangular shaped dough and fold the two sides over each other. You can roll more than two times if you want to make it very crisp.
3. Place an egg on the dough and sprinkle cumin powder and garam masala. You can add chat masala if you want it spicy.
4. Fold the dough and close the ends.
5. Now keep this on a greased baking dish and bake it in the oven for 35-40 minutes on 250 F. turn the puff in intervals to make both the sides bake properly.
The egg puff is ready after baking and serve it hot with a cup of tea or coffee. Egg puff snack can also be eaten with tomato sauce.
