1 cup prawns, shelled and deveined
1 ' ginger, peeled and grated
freshly grounded black pepper
1 ' tbsp lime zest, grated
6 basil leaves, cut in julienne shape
7 mint leaves, cut in julienne shape

1. Cut the prawns into two halves vertically. And dry with a towel or cloth piece.
2. Heat butter in a pan and season the prawn pieces with salt and black pepper. Cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes till they become light brown. Gently turn the pieces to prevent them from breaking.
