Varutharacha Egg Curry: Kerala Style!

Varutharacha egg curry Kerala style recipe:
Ingredients
4 eggs, boiled and cut into two pieces each
2 medium sized grated or chopped onions
1 tomato, grated or chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
6-7 (2 stems) curry leaves
' tsp turmeric powder
¾ chilly powder
1 ' tsp coriander powder
' tsp pepper powder
4 green chillies chopped
' lemon
2 tsp fried or grounded coconut
oil
salt
coriander leaves for garnishing
Directions to make Varutharacha egg curry Kerala style recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves. Now fry onion and ginger garlic paste in it and saute for 1 minute.
2. Add the masala powders and mix well. Saute for 2 minutes.
3. Now add tomato and green chillies in it. Saute for 1 ' minutes and then add water and salt. Bring it to boil.
4. After 2-3 minutes, add grounded coconut and egg to the boiling curry. Mix slowly.
5. When the curry thickens, add lemon juice and take it out of the flame.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
