Paris Fashion Week 2023: Dior Brings Back Vintage Style On Runway
One of the most iconic luxury fashion brands Dior expressed its adoration for everything vintage at the Paris Fashion Week 2023! From flared skirts and beret caps to black hand gloves; the runway show allowed fashion lovers to take back something "inspirational" in terms of style!
Here are the inside details of Dior's vintage show at the Paris Fashion Week 2023:
The runways showcased the spirit of Catherine Dior, the founder's sister under the expert eye of creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri. The ensembles presented at the show brought back the original 'Miss Dior' vibe with the whole LADYLIKE style outlook. The recreation of the vintage wrap dresses, hand-stitched embroideries, wavy leather petals, and classic accessories like the Dior handbag was featured with panache by runway models!
Plain shirts and tops with busy print skirts and one-piece dresses accentuated with belts were the perfect representation of vintage style!
Intricate embroidery and motifs were the things of admiration at the DiorAW23 led by MariaGraziaChiuri runway. From print dresses, puff-sleeve jackets, and full-skirted coats, to couture dresses, the showcased ensembles featured the finest fabrics elevated with intricate embroidery work. Also with the quintessential Dior aesthetics like comma heels, leather boots, and twinkling crystals; the outfits were glorified with classic aesthetics!
Wrap dresses in monotone hues, fit and flared silhouettes further enhanced with accessories like peep-toe heels, Dior bags were the perfect representation of taking a stroll in the park in classic Dior style! The idea behind the showcased collection was to style yourself in such a way that it brings out the best in you!
The Dior SS23 under the creative guidance of Maria Grazia Chiuri defined the collection that led to a fresh new perspective on the feminine wardrobe. From classic animal prints like a leopard to attractive versions of small checks Hounds tooth, the ensembles featured everything which Monsieur Dior originally brought to the Dior couture outfits years ago. With Dior bringing the classic style back on the runway, the fashionistas will take a cue from the same and inculcate the same in their personal style!
