Sridevi In Two Sabyasachi Outfits At Tokyo
At one point of time, 30 used to be considered as an advanced age for an actress because by 35, her career would be over. But Hollywood has taught us that 40 is the new 30. That is why, the likes of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Angelina Jolie manage to look their best even at 40. But when we look at Sridevi, we realize at even 50 could be a new beginning in a woman's career. And if you see Sridevi these two Sabyasachi outfits, you will surely agree. There is no end to beauty and some women can age very gracefully.
Not only did Sridevi make a comeback to the silver screen with her movie English Vinglish, she started at trend. Now ‘English Vinglish' has been dubbed into Japanese. We saw Sridevi in a saree at Tokyo to attend the press meet for this event. Sridevi was in Sabyasachi for the ‘English Vinglish' Press Meet and also another media event during the day. And boy did she look splendid! Both the looksof Sridevi in Tokyo were equally stunning although we are a little partial to the red silhouette that she wore during the press meet.

Sridevi's first look in the day was is a shimmering golden saree. We have similar sarees from Sabyasachi in the past. And as Sridevi partronises the designer quite often, this look is not new for us. Nonetheless, we have to say that Sridevi looks stunning in this saree that she teamed up with a short sleeved blouse. She wore statement pearl and golden jarao earrings and did not make the look heavy by wearing a necklace. She single pearl and gold jarao bangle matching her earrings and that was enough to carry through the look perfectly.
The second outfit was a vibrant red Indian silhouette from Sabyasachi. Sridevi's tall frame looked totally ravishing in this silhouette. The dress was full-sleeved and had lots of lace details. The fitting of the dress was like an anarkali. The sheer lace drape that came with the dress was also equally pretty. The inlaid embroidery work that was there on the dress and the drape were delicate and simply gorgeous. Sridevi finished off the look with ruby studded long earrings.
Sridevi had her hair up with both the dresses. She wore a tiny bindi and used bright maroon lipstick to give her a glamorous Indian look. While we love Sridevi in Sabyasachi throughout and that does not include just these two looks, we have to say that we like the silhouette a little better. Which look of Sridevi in Tokyo do you prefer.
