Sridevi In Manish Malhotra Or Sabyasachi Saree?
The entire Southern film industry is currently having a gala time in Malaysia where the SIIMA 2014 awards are being held. Some of the crossover stars from Bollywood have also alighted on Malaysian soil to join in the festivities. And the original Southern siren Sridevi is also attending SIIMA 2014. She has, in fact, sported two back-to-back looks in two gorgeous sarees. Sridevi was seen in a Manish Malhotra saree last night. A day before we spotted her in a Sabyasachi drape.

Two days and two sarees from the greatest Indian designers; some lucky girls just have it all. Sridevi Kapoor has a penchant for picking sarees that stand out. The grey saree that she wore last night was made out of net. Needless to say, its sheer beauty captivated everyone. Sridevi was in a Manish Malhotra saree that was steel grey in colour.
She draped the saree over a sleeveless grey silk blouse. The Manish Malhotra number has a plain pallu but was embroidered with white floral patterns towards the lower half. She accessorised the saree richly by wearing a diamond and ruby necklace, earrings and bracelet. She used deep plum coloured lipstick and carried a ruby red minaudière from Marchesa.

A day before this we saw Sridevi Kapoor in a Sabyasachi saree. This drape was a combination of velvet finish chiffon and thread-work. The saree was creamy beige in colour and had shades of brown, chocolate and dull green. Sridevi wore a emerald jewellery with this drape and pulled her hair back into a neat bun. She wore a black bindi and painted her lips nude. She carried her favourite Bottega Veneta clutch with this saree.

If we go just by the look of it, Sridevi looked more gorgeous in the Manish Malhotra saree because it was a well defined ensemble. She sparkled in the Sabyasachi saree as well but the colours of this saree was a little off-beat.
