IBFW 2013: Huma Qureshi Walks For Ashima and Leena
Ashima and Leena presented their ‘Aalap' collection on Day 4 of IBFW 2013. This bridal collection was a treat to the eyes. A lot of colours were seen in the bridal collection of Ashima and Leena. After all the avante-garde collections that we have seen at Aamby Valley India Bridal Fashion Week 2013, we finally get to see a collection that can be called conventionally bridal. On Day 4 of IBFW 2013, Ashima and Leena have given the audiences what they were waiting for. A bridal collection that is exceedingly wearable. You can actually pick designs from Ashima and Leena's collection for your own wedding.
Ashima and Leena used a lot of colours in their creations. Multi-coloured lehengas, blouses and embroidered jackets. We even saw some of the churidar pants which were embellished with colourful beads in floral designs. Floral embroidery and colourful embellishments made the bridal collection of Ashima and Leena look all the more glamourous. Some of the lehengas were draped in the traditional South-Indian style which looked classy on the ramp.
Stunning Huma Qureshi walked the ramp for Ashima and Leena at IBFW 2013. She looked gorgeous in the multi-coloured lehenga. The desi bride wore a bright coloured lehenga which had pink and green as primary colours. It was in silk and had heavy embroidery work at the bottom. Showstopper
Huma Qureshi looked like a traditional bride in a multi-coloured frilly lehenga. She was the celebrity showstopper for Ashima and Leena at IBFW 2013.

Frilly Lehenga
Huma wore a frilly lehenga that had pleats. The pleats gave a clear vision of the various colours that were used in the skirt.

Blouse
Huma wore a pink coloured silk blouse which had hues of golden and thread work in pink all over it. The blouse had heavy embroidery on the borders.

Pink Dupatta
Huma Qureshi carried the multi-coloured lehenga with a sheer pink dupatta. The dupatta's border had golden beads hanging on it.

Makeup
Huma's pink makeup blended well with the bridal look. Rimmed out eyeliner, shimmer eyeshadow, and glossy pink lips completed the look.

Jewellery
Huma Qureshi wore a heavy layered string patterned jadau rani haar with matching heavy earrings, mangtikka and a golden hand cuff.

With Designers
Huma finally welcomed the designers behind the awesome collection, Ashima and Leena.

Floral Embroidery
A lot of the bridal outfits were seen embroidered with floral motifs. Rose petals with green leaves looked creative.

Embellished Churidar
The stone embellished churidar pants looked stylish with the floral embroidered short anarkali suit.

Lehenga Saree
The colourful lehenga has been wore like a lehenga saree. One of the best bridal outfit showcased by Ashima and Leena.

Multi-coloured Blouse
Three-quarter sleeve multi-coloured blouse with thread embroidery were one of the attractions of Ashima and Leena's bridal collection at IBFW 2013.

Saree With Jackets
Long waist length embroidered sheer jackets were worn with sarees which looked chic.
