It one thing to be the best dressed at one award show be it SAG or Oscars, quite another to carry the title throughout all the award shows. The celebs we are talking about today have managed to carry the mantle of red carpet fashion through all the top notch award shows that happened this month culminating in Oscars 2012. just like you need consistency in your performance, the fashion ticker demands the same consistency from your wardrobe too.

These were some of the celebs who managed to be the best dressed in every award function that happened this season.

Consistently Best Dressed Celebrities This Season:

1. Gywneth Paltrow: You saw her in that elegant white dress capped with a matching cape last night and said 'wow'. Do you realise that she has wowed you all season. Whether it was her last appearance in Grammys in that beautifully cut in black belted dress or the her or her caped dress at Oscars, she has made heads turn with every move.

2. Angelina Jolie: She is an usual suspect when comes to being the best dressed and her interesting combination of black and white has rocked her through this season of red carpet fashion superbly. At SAG was the belted black toga like gown from Jenny Packham. The golden globes saw her in a beautiful white silk dress with a turned up red collar. Then came the finale at Oscars 2012 where she hot black velvet dress slit thigh-high and went bare without any accessories at all!

3. Natalie Portman: Her Giambattista Valli & Harry Winston dress at SAG awards this year was definitely worthy of the best dressed title. In fact she has consistently managed make the colour of wine fashionable. Her wine coloured gown stood out in it's simplicity on the red carpet of SAG. The same was repeated at Golden Globes this year when she wore a slightly more magenta gown. Her Oscar dress did not vary too much from the red carpet fashion trend she was setting; red, sequenced and shoulder-less complete with a diamond necklace.

4. Reese Witherspoon: Talking about being blonde, bubbly and beautiful! Always boisterous Reese Witherspoon may not have been in news for her dresses this award season but she has looked gracious all the same. Take the simple red shoulder-less dress she wore for the Golden Globes; a style statement worth commenting on. Coupled with the fresh new hairstyle, the raw material for style diva is all there.
