How To Get Rid Of The Red Spots On The Face

Red spots may occur due to hormonal imbalance, insect bites, blood spots, birth marks or due to chemical or skin reactions.
Taking care of these red spots is important, as it may sometimes lead to serious skin issues. So, if you are the one who is suffering from red spots, here are a few simple home remedies that you must follow.

1. Baking Soda
Using baking soda is an easy remedy that can help to treat red spots on the face. Take five to six spoons of baking soda and add some coconut oil to it.
Mix both the ingredients together and make a thick paste. Now, apply this baking soda paste on the red marks and wash off after 15 minutes. Using this mixture once in a day can help the red spots to get lighter by each day.

Lemon Juice
Another easy and effective home remedy to treat red spots on the face is to use lemon. Take one lemon and squeeze out the juice.
Now, apply this juice on the red marks, using a cotton ball and wait for 15 minutes. Wash off with cold water later. Using lemon on the face once in a day can help to treat the red marks easily.

3. Sandalwood Powder
Using sandalwood powder can help to calm down the inflammation and also treat the red marks effectively. It works well for all skin types and proves to be effective on marks as well.
Take two spoons of sandalwood powder and add some milk to it. Mix both the ingredients together and make a thick paste. Now, apply this on the red marks and wash off with cold water. Wipe with a damp cloth.

4. Tomato Juice
Due to natural bleaching properties found in tomato, it can help to lighten the red marks on the face. Take one tomato and squeeze out the juice.
Now, add one spoon of lemon to the tomato juice and apply this on your face. Wash off with cold water. Using tomato juice regularly can help to get rid of the red spots on the face easily.

5. Multani Mitti
Multani mitti or Fuller's earth is another great remedy that can help to get rid of the red spots on the face. Take two spoons of Multani mitti and add some milk to it.
Mix both the ingredients together and apply this on your face. Concentrate more on the red spots on the face and allow it to dry under natural air. Wash off with cold water.

6. Potato
Using potato juice can help to eliminate red spots on the face in a few weeks. Potato is a natural bleaching ingredient that helps to lighten the marks and promote healthy skin. Take half a potato and grate it.
Now, extract the juice and apply it on the face marks. Rub it for a few minutes and wash off after 15 minutes. Use this remedy every day to get rid of the red spots on the face.

7. Banana Peel
Due to lutein found in the banana peel, it can help to get rid of the red spots on the face quickly. Take one banana and rub it on the red spots for 10 minutes. Now, rinse off the area with clean water and pat dry.
Another way to use banana peel is cut one banana peel into a small piece and massage it over the red mark. Then, bandage it and leave it overnight. Wash off in the morning.

8. Apple Cider Vinegar
Using apple cider vinegar is another effective remedy that can help to treat red marks on the face. Take some apple cider vinegar and apply it on the red marks with the help of a cotton ball.
Now massage for 10 minutes and wash off with cold water. Use this remedy twice in a day to get rid of the red marks from the face for good.
