DIY Sugar Scrub Recipes With Easily Available Ingredients That You Can Make At Home
Here is a list of five sugar scrub recipes that you can prepare at home combining sugar (white or brown) with other easily available ingredients from your kitchen.
Exactly like cleansing or toning, an everyday skin care practice is scrubbing or exfoliation. However, note that extra scrubbing on any part of the body can peel and damage your skin.
The primary purpose of scrubbing is to clear the clogged dirt and pollutants in the skin cells. So, depending on how quick your skin becomes dirty over time, you can map your scrub plans.
Adequate scrubbing leads to a clean, smooth skin, shrinking large and clogged pores. Now, there are two ways of scrubbing your skin - a) using a cosmetic scrubber and b) a natural scrubber.
A cosmetic scrubber contains microbead-like particles that exfoliate the skin. The microbead-like natural ingredient from the kitchen that can exfoliate the skin to its best is sugar.
The coarse texture of sugar removes all dirt and pollutants from the skin, letting it breathe and be smooth. Now, if you are wondering how to apply sugar as a scrub on your body and face, then here are DIY sugar scrub recipes that you can follow.
These DIY sugar scrub recipes can be prepared at home, ensuring all ingredients are available and used in the right ratio.
The best part is, these sugar scrub recipes can be preserved up to ten days for use.
