ORANGE MASK

Orange packs a powerful punch of nutrients and phytonutrients that can literally transform your skin. From beating the signs of ageing, infusing life back into dull skin to curbing excess oil production, herbal orange face mask is a Saviour in disguise.

Orange contains a high ratio of vitamin C, which combats free radicals that destroy the functioning skin cells, plus it adds a tantalizing glow to the skin.

Other than that, orange also happens to be a powerhouse of antioxidants, calcium and skin-loving vitamins, which work to slough off the dead skin cells, promoting regeneration of new cells, shrinking pores and also boosting blood flow.

While using orange in the skin care regimen, one common mistake most people commit is they use the pulp or juice and discard the peel.

If you are one of those, then you are committing a grave mistake, my friend. Orange peel contains twice as much nutrients as the pulp, and thus is more effective!

Here are super-easy orange face mask recipes for radiant skin!

Yet another tip on how to use orange on skin is folding the peel in half, and squirting the juice on your face. Gently, spread out the juice with a clean finger. You may feel a slight burning sensation due to citric acid. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then rinse it off.

Caution: Avoid overdoing this, as it can dry out your skin!
