6 Important Rules Of Waxing
Our beauty sessions are not complete without getting waxing done. All women undergo this painful procedure to look beautiful. There are some who opt for shaving as well.
6 Beauty Secrets We All Need To Know
When you wax your body, it helps to remove the dead cells and the tan. It makes your skin smooth and supple. It reduces the hair growth and makes the hair thin. There are few rules that you need to follow when it comes to waxing.
We often think that the basic thing that we need to follow when it is about waxing is that we need to wax once in a month. But, it is not the only thing you need to know about waxing. Read on to know the 6 most important rules we need to know about waxing.
Pick Your Process
Choose your hair-removal method and stick to it. If you have been using a razor then use the same method or if you have been waxing then ONLY wax. Shifting methods disturbs the hair root. This changes the direction of the hair growth and can lead to bleeding.
Schedule Strategically
Follow a procedure when you go for your beauty treatment. For instance, do not go for a manicure before you get waxing done. Manicure closes the pores and makes it difficult to wax.
Exfoliate Before Waxing
Make sure you exfoliate the previous night before you go for waxing. It helps to remove the dead cells.
Skip Drinking Alcohol Before Waxing
Acetaldehyde present in alcohol stimulates the pain receptor in humans after they drink. This makes waxing more painful than the other times.
Use Milk
After waxing you can dab a cloth in milk and wipe the waxed area.. This helps to reduce the redness of the skin.
Avoid Ingrowths
After waxing, we often get bumps or ingrowths. To avoid these, use good amount of moisturiser on the skin. It closes the pores.
