Face The Winter With Unfreeze Skin

Winter comes with the drizzle of snowflakes, refreshing winter and relaxing nights under thick woolen blankets. However, as you step out in trendy attires, you feel an itching around your body and as you stretch your hands to pacify yourself, alas! The hands are no more smooth and covered with an unknown spider web. You don"t have to go near the mirror to feel the stretching of your skin on your face. Never let the nightmares trouble you from enjoying this winter. Take a little care and face the winter with an unfreeze skin.
Your lovely face will first signal the advance of winter problems as the lips go dry and the skin around the nose wrinkles into white layers. Don"t worry about applying lotions as you step out of the house. Instead, apply ample face cream on your face at night and massage for 10 minutes in circles with your fingertips.
Let the cream slip into your skin for another 10 minutes. Wash your face with warm water and feel the change on the very next day.
As you take care of your face, the other body parts should not be excluded. Massage your body with warm oil at least once in a week. Apply enough body cream on your body at night and massage well to get them into your skin.
Application of creams may not completely excluded as you go out. Use SPF sunscreen on face, neck and all visible parts of body when going out during winters. Avoid face powders or dry make-ups, as there are chances for them to flake out.
A hot water shower will sooth your body as the world freezes outside your bathroom. However you may not realize that this cozy bath will accentuate the freezing of your skin as you step out. Do not take excessive long and hot showers, as this will deplete the natural skin moisturizer.
Winter is time to update your wardrobe with latest fashion. Choose warm clothes that do not create any itching sensation on the skin. Even though, you do not feel like drinking water, drink at least 12 glasses of water per day. The consumption of a glass of hot water with lemon will eliminate toxins responsible for bad skin.
Most of the people feel the initial presence of winter on their skin. You"ve already learnt how to overcome those nightmares. Get ready to welcome this winter with an unfreeze skin.
