MAC Mariah Carey Collection Launches In Indian Stores!

MAC recently collaborated with the iconic singing diva Mariah Carey, to give us amazing, glittery makeup. While the collection launched worldwide in December 2016, Indian stores have just stocked up on the products.

A Mariah Carey collection cannot be complete without loads of glitter now, can it? And that is exactly what this collection is all about. So, all you glitter and Mariah Carey fans out there, keep reading to know more about every product in the collection.

The packaging of every single product is oh-so pretty! It is worth owning one.

Here are the products from the collection:

1. Lipsticks: The lipsticks come in silver shimmery tubes that look so pretty. We are so in love with the packaging of this. They also have a little butterfly imprinted on the lipstick itself. The shades are all very light nudey shades, which would look a lot better on fairer skin tones. The shades are: I get so OCC- Shimmer brown (frost), All I Want- champagne shimmer (frost), Bit of Bubbly- soft pink nude (cremesheen), Dahhling!- pink peach (cremesheen), Mcizzle- cool peach( cremesheen). Matte lovers however wouldn't like this collection at all.

2. Lipglass: The Lipglass collection again consists of a lot of nude-gold kind of shades. These are all really pretty and wearable. They come in: It's Just Like Honey- tan shimmer, Rainbow Interlude- soft white shimmer, Little Miss Monroe- true gold shimmer, Dreamlover- dirty pink shimmer, Butterfly Bling- pink bronze shimmer.

3. Pro Long Wear Lip Pencils: The lip pencils come in the shades, So Dramatique, which is a deep brown, and New Ombre, which is a cool peach shade. Quite an interesting MAC Mariah Carey collection, don't you think?

4. Blushes: Now, the blushes are definitely great for all skin tones. They are extremely pigmented and come in two very nice, kind of natural-looking shades. One of them is a sweet bubblegum pink, while the other is a coral shade. The coral shade would be perfect for slightly dusky complexions, while the pink is perfect for a flush of colour on fair skin.

5. Extra-Dimension Skin Finish: Coming to one of the best parts of the MAC Mariah Carey collection, the gorgeous highlighting powder that is the extra-dimension skin finish, is a warm gold shade which is like the perfect highlight shade for Indian skin tones. It doesn't show up too well on fair-to-wheatish complexion; but if you have a wheatish complexion that goes towards the duskier side, then this is an amazing highlight to try.

6. Eyeshadow Quads: The MAC Mariah Carey collection has two eyeshadow quads in it: "I'm that chick you like" and "It's everything". They are all very gorgeous, neutral shades that can create an everyday office eye makeup look and a party look as well.

7. "Touch My Body" Loose Powder: This is a body powder with warm gold shimmer in it. This collection has everything to make you look like a glittering diva, just like Mariah herself!
