Select The Best Eyeliner

Clean Your Face Thoroughly

Clean your face with a good cleansing lotion or cream. Apply some moisturizer to the face and an eye cream around your eyes. This will help to hide the discolouration or wrinkles near the eyes.

Apply An Eye Primer (Optional)

Application of a small amount of an eye primer will help your eyeshadow or the eyeliner to stick for the full day. It will also make the skin look more smoother, which will help you to apply the eyeliner without any flaw.

Draw A Dotted Line

Drawing a dotted line along the upper eyelashes will make this step easy for you. Begin the eyeliner application on to your upper lashline first. After completing it properly, you can do the same with the other eye. Always try to keep it as symmetrical as possible.
