If you can carry it off well, use a darker eye shadow to line the eye and blend it with a softer shade.

Some times it helps to take the focus off from your eyes all together. Achieve this by giving more emphasis to your lips instead. Define your lips properly with a lip liner and then filling it with a lip-stick . For black frame, red goes the best and for turquoise or lighter colored frame you could go for a softer lip-shade. A luscious glossy pout is hot any time.

Be careful if you are choosing a red glass frame, as it is important to chose a color that compliments your complexion and even the color of your hair.

To help open your eyes avoid lining the inner lash line as this makes your eyes look smaller.
