Trying natural remedies like oiling your hair regularly and using special hair packs can help. Additionally, using a good conditioner after shampooing can help keep your hair healthy and reduce hair fall.
But y'all know all that. Today we will look at an easy solution for you to try to manage hair fall. It involves a simple hair pack that you can make with two common ingredients: Amla and Quinoa.
Amla-Quinoa Hair Pack For Hair Fall
Now, you may be thinking how does the combination of amla and quinoa work for your hair, as you should! Fret not, we will explain that as well here.
Amla for hair fall
Amla, or Indian gooseberry, is a superfood that is packed full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It is known to be especially beneficial for hair health and can help promote hair growth and reduce hair fall.

The high concentration of vitamin C in amla helps to promote collagen production and strengthen hair follicles. It is also rich in antioxidants that help to protect the hair from damage due to free radicals, which can cause hair fall.
Quinoa for hair fall
Quinoa is a grain that is full of proteins and nutrients that are essential for healthy hair. It helps to nourish the scalp and can even reduce the effects of dandruff, which is a major cause of hair fall. Moreover, quinoa also helps to reduce inflammation and promote healthy hair growth.
Amla-Quinoa Hair Pack: How To Make It
- To make the hair pack, mix together one cup of amla powder and one cup of quinoa flour.
- You can also add a few drops of your favourite essential oil for extra nourishment.
- After mixing the ingredients together, apply the pack to your scalp and hair and leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
- Afterwards, wash your hair with a mild shampoo.

Note: For best results, you should use this Amla-Quinoa hair pack once a week. Doing so can help nourish your hair and reduce hair fall. It can also make your hair look fuller and stronger. So give it a try and see the difference it makes in your hair!
