Natural Ingredients For Healthy Hair
Use these natural ingredients to bid adieu to your common hair problems and say hello to gorgeous hair for life!
Beautiful hair is every woman's dream, be it short or long. Healthy, shiny and bouncy hair makes you feel more graceful. This is true for men as well.
Simple and natural beauty tips at home can help you achieve healthy hair rather than going in for expensive shampoos or conditioners, which are chemical bound.

Henna Care:
One of the best hair care ingredients from my real-time experience is the use of Henna for my hair. Henna is a body coolant, great conditioner for your hair and gives a beautiful glaze to your hair. In order to prepare the Henna hair pack, you need a few packets of henna (1 or 2 packets, depending on the length of your hair), one big lemon, a few drops of eucalyptus oil and tea or coffee decoction.
How To Use Henna For Hair Care:
Take the henna in an iron vessel preferably, squeeze out the lemon juice, add a few drops of eucalyptus oil and then add the filtered tea or coffee decoction. Give a good mix to make a smooth paste, ensuring there are no dry lumps formed. Add some water if the paste is too dry. Leave this mixture aside overnight and apply it in the morning on the scalp and hair. Leave on for one or two hours and rinse off with a mild shampoo.
If you have gray hair, this pack also gives a good colour to your hair. You can avoid using a hair dye and replace this henna pack for your hair colouring. Hair dye can cause ill-effects on your skin.
If you do not have an iron vessel, you can use a normal vessel; however, henna soaked in an iron vessel gives you better results and nourishes your hair better.

People who have dandruff problems can also add a few drops of neem oil to this pack, this helps to reduce the itching sensation on the scalp; and regular use of this pack with neem oil can help arrest dandruff.
For more nourishment to your hair, you can mix the white part of an egg with this pack just before you apply it.
Regular use of this pack can help reduce hair fall, give you bouncy, thick and healthy hair. This can eliminate the use of a hair dye as well.

Honey With Olive Oil:
When you go out in the sun, the excessive heat of the sun can make your hair turn dry and frizzy. A simple home remedy to get rid of this problem is to mix about half a cup of honey with about two or three tablespoons of olive oil and apply over your damp hair.
Leave on for about 20-30 mins and rinse off. This acts as a great antibacterial agent and an excellent conditioner.

Aloe Vera Care:
Aloe vera has a lot of medicinal properties and is a great moisturiser. It balances the pH level of your scalp, thereby helping a lot of them to avoid hair loss problems. Blend aloe vera with ½ a tsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of coconut oil and apply it on to the scalp and hair. Leave on for 20 mins and rinse off.
