What Should You Do If You Have Dry & Unmanageable Hair!
Here are easy steps on how to manage dry and unmanageable hair, make sure you try these tips without fail.
Does your hair have a rough texture? If you are facing this problem, it means that your hair doesn't have enough moisture to maintain shine and texture. Listed in this post are tips for dry hair.
Dry hair would lead to a great deal of breakage; and since the outer layer is damaged, this could lead to more dryness. Hair follicles are deeply connected with sebaceous glands, which try to release oil into the hair shaft.
If you are having dry skin, then there are chances of you having dry hair problems. Usually, the hair gets dry, as there is not enough oil in your scalp to moisturise your hair, or sometimes, the hair allows the moisture to escape.
People have dry hair because of lack of oil and moisture, which eventually makes the hair to lose all its shine and soft texture. Hair can become dry due to undue use of blow dryers, or excessive washing of and exposure to chlorinated water.
If your hair has a lackluster appearance, then the root cause of it is recurrent use of extreme hairstyling or hair dyes.
Most of us suffer from bad hair days now and then, so instead of taking several hair treatments, try to follow some simple natural home remedies that can be beneficial for your hair.
No matter what the cause of hair damage is; if you are facing dry hair problems, then take some easy steps to repair and make your hair turn healthier and appear shinier.

Don't Shampoo Often
The most important thing that you need to remember is to not wash your hair quite often. Regular washing of your hair can take away the oil from it, which would eventually leave your hair parched. If you want to wash your hair, then make sure to use only a mild shampoo on your tresses for two days in a week. Always keep in mind to buy a mild shampoo for your locks and try to avoid alkaline or alcohol content in it.

Hair Masks
If you've got dry hair, then you can try out deep-conditioning treatments, which can help to soften your tresses. It is better to use a hair mask twice in a week, so as to improve the texture. Deep conditioning can give it a nice boost and also add a little extra moisture. Following this hair care routine can protect your mane from turning frizzy.

Sesame Oil
Sesame oil is a potent natural remedy for dry hair. Try to massage some warm sesame seed oil into your scalp. Remember not to keep your oil hot while applying on to your hair and scalp, as it can worsen the texture. This oil has a great source of fatty acids, such as omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9 that will promote new growth and also nourish your hair strands. Vitamins and nutrients present in sesame seed oil do make an exceptional treatment for dry and flaky scalp.

Avocado
Avocado is a perfect kitchen ingredient that can be used on your hair. Firstly, take a mashed ripe avocado. Mix it with two tbsp of coconut oil. Use a blender to make it into a smooth paste and apply it on your hair strands and leave it for around 30 minutes. Using this hair mask can prevent your mane from dryness and split ends.

Coconut Oil
Every now and then hair does become frizzy due to humidity. Humidity can lead to unmanageable hair and remember, you need to fight the effects of it in case you want to improve your hair texture. Humidity is the root cause for making your hair dry. This is the reason why you must use coconut oil, as it hydrates the hair shaft optimally and helps in giving an even texture to the hair.

Yogurt
Yogurt can give better results for a dry mane. Use yogurt as a natural conditioner for your dry hair. It can be applied as a mask on your locks. Yogurt has moisturising properties that can cure the problem of dry hair. You can apply plain yogurt on your scalp and leave it for around 25 to 30 minutes before shampooing your hair.

Don’t Blow Dry
Remember not to blow dry when you hair is slightly damp, as this can strip away the moisture present in it and can exacerbate the problem of dehydration. Also, make sure to avoid combing your hair when it is wet, as this can lead to extreme breakage and spilt ends.
