Written By:

We don't know about 100% hair fall reversal, but what we do know is that guava is super-effective, more than any ingredient that you can possibly lay your hands on. So, how does guava benefit your hair?

Guava has a high ratio of vitamins B3, B5 and B6, which repair damaged hair tissues, cleanse the scalp and stop hair fall.

Furthermore, it has a high level of vitamins A and C, both of which are known to promote regeneration of new hair follicles.

To top it off, guava leaves contain 9% potassium, 2% zinc and over 2% proteins, which soothe the scalp of irritation, remove flaky dandruff and improve the elasticity of hair, making it smooth.

And lycopene in guava further forms a protective layer on the hair against free radicals, seals cuticles and promotes the overall health of your mane.
