Anyway your hair has to bear the brunt of heat and pollution. If you really intend to grow your hair faster and longer, there are certain basic steps that you need to follow.
Most of these steps for proper hair growth are known to you. Oil your hair, washing, having nutritious food is possible if you want to grow your hair faster. However, we have tried to present them to you in a hassle-free way. These are revised hair growth tips for a busy working woman. To grow your hair faster and thicker, try these steps diligently.

Comb Your Hair
Until and unless you comb your hair at least 50 times in a day, your scalp is not stimulated to grow new hair follicles. Most of us brush our hair just twice in a day. That needs to change.

Brush With Some Pressure
When you are brushing your hair with a hair brush, you need to apply some pressure on your scalp. This improves the blood circulation in your scalp and helps to your hair to grow faster.

Oiling Hair
You must oil your hair at least once in a week. Oil your hair thoroughly on a Saturday night and wash it off on Sunday morning. Oiling gives your hair its basic nutrition.

Tie A Scarf When You Are Out In The Sun
The harsh rays of the sun damage your hair's quality and hamper its growth. So tie a scarf or bandana on your hair for sun protection.
