When you go for a haircut, opt for one that is maintainable. You can always opt for bobs, short layers, textured cuts, step cuts etc. If you don't want to shorten your long hair, you can opt out for fringes too.
The hair cut should be chosen in accordance with the facial structure, dressing style and career. For instance a woman in the corporate sector won't have the serious effect if she flaunts a long hair with traditional knots.
As far as the hair colours are concerned, one can try out many experiments. The colours of wine, plum and candy brown will suit almost all women. Indian women can also opt for copper and red colour too.
