One Ingredient, Five Days: Hair Care Routine For Frizzy Hair
If you have frizzy hair, you know how challenging it can be to find a haircare routine that works for you. Frizzy hair is often caused by dryness, so it's best to find a routine that is tailored to your hair type and uses products that will provide your hair with the moisture it needs.

We have come up with a five-day hair care routine that is easy to do, with only one ingredient (well, as the main ingredient), perfect for those with dry and frizzy hair!
One Ingredient, Five Day Hair Care Routine For Frizzy Hair
To help you out, here is a 5-day haircare routine that uses just two ingredients (primary ingredient + the add-on), every day. The primary ingredient in this five-day haircare routine will be none other than HONEY.
Honey is a natural humectant, meaning it helps to retain moisture in your hair, while also providing nourishment. It also contains antioxidants that can protect your hair from the environment and help it stay healthy and strong.
Take a look:
Day 1: Start by brushing your hair with a boar bristle brush to redistribute your hair's natural oils and reduce frizz. After brushing, mix a tablespoon of honey with a few drops of lavender oil in a small bowl and massage the mixture into your hair. Leave the mixture in your hair for an hour before washing it out with cold water.

Day 2: Before shampooing, apply a mixture of apple cider vinegar and honey to your hair in order to nourish your scalp and reduce frizz. Leave the mixture in your hair for 15 minutes before shampooing and conditioning as usual.
Day 3: Make a deep conditioner at home by mixing one tablespoon of coconut oil with one tablespoon of honey in a small bowl. Massage the mixture into your hair and leave it in for an hour before shampooing and conditioning as usual.
Day 4: Make an egg white mask for your hair by mixing one egg white with one tablespoon of honey. Massage the mixture into your hair and leave it in for 15 minutes before washing it out with cold water.

Day 5: Make a moisturising mask for your hair by mixing one tablespoon of almond oil with one tablespoon of honey. Massage the mixture into your hair and leave it in for an hour before shampooing and conditioning as usual.
This simple one-ingredient 5-day haircare routine will help reduce frizz and hydrate your hair. You'll be on your way to beautiful, healthy and manageable hair in no time!
