Step 1: Massage with essential oils
Start your day by giving your scalp a gentle massage using essential oils known for their hair-nourishing properties.
Examples of beneficial essential oils include rosemary, lavender, peppermint, and cedar wood. These oils stimulate blood flow to the scalp, promoting hair growth and reducing hair loss.
Step 2: Cleanse with a mild shampoo
Next, cleanse your hair and scalp with a mild shampoo designed specifically for hair loss prevention. Look for products containing ingredients such as biotin, saw palmetto, and ketoconazole, as they have been shown to combat hair loss effectively.
