Therefore, in order to help make the process easier for you, we have compiled a list of ingredients that will benefit both your skin and hair.

1) Coconut Oil:

  • Ingredients:

    • ½ a cup of coconut oil
      • a ripe avocado
      • Method:

        1) Cut the avocado and scoop out the pulp.
        2) Mash the pulp and mix it with the coconut oil.
        3) Apply the mask onto the hair and keep it on for 15 minutes.
        4) Wash it with a mild shampoo.

        For Face:

This mixture when applied to the skin will help eliminate any dark spots and moisturize your skin.

  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
    • ½ a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
    • Method:

      1) Mix both the ingredients in a bowl.
      2) Apply the mixture onto the face and leave it overnight.
      3) Wash off in the morning to reveal a healthy and glowing skin.

      2) Mix it with the lemon juice.

        1) Cut the aloe leaf and extract the pulp.
        2) Mix the pulp with rose water and lemon juice.
        3) Apply it on to the affected area and leave it on for 15 minutes.
        4) Wash it off.

  • 3-4 bags of green tea
    • 2 glasses of water
    • Method:

      1) Boil the water and dip the green tea bags into them.
      2) Let the tea brew for 10 minutes.

      4) Pour the tea onto your scalp and let it stand for 15 minutes.
      5) Shampoo as usual.

    • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal powder

      3) Mix it to a thick paste.
      4) Apply it on to the skin and leave it on for 15 minutes.
      5) Wash off with cold water.
