Not only warm water can affect your skin, but using a harsh soap can also damage it to a large extent. People with dry and flaky skin should always consider using a mild soap, so that it does not irritate the skin and lead to a worse condition. You should prevent using soaps with a high amount of alcohol, as it may dry out your skin to a large extent.

Moisturising your skin is another important step to take care of dry and flaky skin. Once you have taken a bath, moisturising is the most important step to follow. Using a simple moisturiser will do, all you need to take care of is to prevent using those lotions which your skin is allergic too. Generally, people with flaky skin should prevent using lotions with fruits extract or alcohol in it.

4. Use Essential/Natural Oil
Using essential/natural oil on the face is an all time genius trick to pamper dry and flaky skin.
