Quick Tricks To Treat Bikini Line Bump
Those red angry boils sprouting along your bikini line can be painful, not to mention, unsightly. And just because it is wrapped under many layers of clothing, is no reason to ignore its existence. If left untreated those seemingly harmless tiny boils can fester, leave telltale scars behind and darken your skin.
And before you get on to addressing it, you need to know the exact cause, so as to avoid it from recurring. One primary reason for the rashes is the razor. When people with sensitive skin tweeze, wax or shave their bikini area they experience a form of skin irritation called the razor burn.

It basically occurs when the ingrown hairs curl, re-enter and puncture the skin causing inflammation. Rashes can also occur when you put on weight. It can lead to chafing, which in turn causes inflammation.
The first step to rectifying the problem is by making sure you maintain proper hygiene. Clean your vagina every day with mild soap, switch to cotton underwear and keep the area dry. Apart from that, here are a few natural tips that just might help.

Hot Compress
No matter how itchy it gets, avoid picking on the bikini line bumps, as it will cause the condition to worsen. Instead, apply hot compress on the area or soak a towel in hot water, squeeze out the excess water and place it on the infected region. The heat from the hot compress will treat ingrown hairs by opening the pores of the skin and freeing any trapped hair.

Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe Vera acts as a potent anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial agent that can work like a magic on painful red boils. Remove fresh aloe vera gel in a bowl, dip a cotton ball in the gel and apply it on the infected area. Allow it to dry before washing with cold water. Repeat this treatment twice or thrice in a day, till it recovers.

Baking Soda
The ampotheric nature of baking soda is known to restore PH balance of the skin, while its anti-bacterial properties heal skin inflammation. Make a concoction of 1 tablespoon of baking soda and a cup of warm water. Soak a cotton ball in the solution and rub it on the affected area. Leave it on till dry before wiping it clean with a wet towel. Apply the solution several times in a day for the inflammation to subside.
