How Do I Save My Neck From Jewellery Irritation?

Yes, the allergic reaction has a name and that is “Dermatitis". The skin rash and itching requires treatment and also some ideas to prevent. Look here.
Saving Neck From Jewellery Allergic Reaction
1. Avoid jewellery that contains nickel (more than 10%) as the metal is mostly responsible for the itchiness and rash on skin. Wipe the jewellery when it comes in contact with sweat or saliva.
2. Before decorating neck with metallic jewellery, massage neck with a moisturizer and then apply a antibacterial talcum powder.
3. To treat the already caused jewellery irritation, one can use calamine lotion or antihistamine creams or hydrocortisone cream to counter the skin problem.
4. Pills that contain antihistamines can also be advised as the medication can treat the problem internally and permanently.
5. It is always best to seek a dermatologist's help if the irritation gets severe. Consulting a physician also is a good idea.
