Arms get dull and boring when the skin looks dry. With a daily massage, it is easy to bring the glow and make it match with the face skin. Arms also require equal care as they also show up and often get highlighted with a fashionable accessories and timepieces.
The darkening of the elbows, hair growth and unshaped nails also add up to the bad looking arms. These skin care tips are great body care as they are natural and easily available.

1. Make your own day night cream by mixing glycerine, milk cream and rose water. Massaging cream during day and night massages skin as well as de-tans the epidermis.
2. Massaging vitamin E oil with a pinch of turmeric before bath will lubricate the skin and heals cracking etc.
3. Applying mustard oil with kasturi turmeric (special variety of turmeric) will prevent hair growth and maintain arms hair free.
4. Scrubbing is also essential for glowing arms as it removes the dead skin cells and nourishes new skin. Apricot paste or avocado paste or rava paste or even gram flour will be easy massage scrubs for arms.
5. Butter or ghee lubricate skin, joints and elbows. De-tan and makes skin as soft and tender as the baby's.
6. Vaseline jelly mixed with a few drops of glycerine can be the best night cream for elbows. It keeps away the dryness and removes dirt.
