How To Use Coconut Milk For Long, Shiny Hair?
Coconut milk is known for its various benefits for hair. It contains essential vitamins and minerals that can make your hair stronger, longer, and healthier.
Here are three ways to use coconut milk for long hair:
1. Deep conditioning treatment
Coconut milk is a great natural ingredient to use for a deep conditioning treatment.
How to: Mix 1/2 cup of coconut milk with 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Apply the mixture to your hair and cover it with a shower cap. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. This treatment will leave your hair feeling soft, moisturised, and nourished.

2. Hair mask
A coconut milk hair mask when used regularly can help promote hair growth, stimulate your hair follicles and promote hair growth.
How to: Mix 1/2 cup of coconut milk with 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Apply the mixture to your hair and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
3. Leave-in conditioner
Coconut milk can also be used as a leave-in conditioner. After washing your hair, apply some coconut milk to your hair and leave it in. This will help to detangle your hair and leave it feeling soft and nourished.
