Think Rekha and we imagine her with her quintessential silk saree avatars. Yes, she owns a traditional saree style like no one. But, she carries the Western ensembles in equal panache! The evergreen fashion icon of Bollywood was recently featured in the latest issue of Vogue Arabia magazine and boy she nailed the shoot and how!

Silk Dress and Brocade Jacket
Rekha donned a turtleneck black silk dress and layered it with a vintage brocade jacket which was adorned with intricate golden embroidery, thread detailing, and sequin work! The diva elevated the royal ensemble with a Mughal-inspired headgear with a gold zari crown. With traditional jewellery, the Bollywood actress exuded a royal demeanour and sophistication!
Silk Kurta Set
Rekha looked breathtakingly beautiful in this Manish Malhotra customised archival outfit that included a two-tone dupion silk long silk kurta and churidar pants. She layered the traditional ensemble with a two-tone tissue organza dupatta. To accentuate the authentic Mughal avatar, Rekha opted for royal jewellery pieces including pasa head jewellery, choker neckpiece, stud earrings, and hath panja jewellery!
Angarkha Suit
In various Bollywood films, Rekha had previously donned the traditional Angarkha suits! This time she was clad in Manish Malhotra custom-tailored mulmul Angarkha set that featured flowy ghera and layered with a vintage golden embroidered short jacket. What made this alluring is the choice of customised jewellery that included a studded choker, stud earrings, and an interesting head jeweller that resembled a tiara!
Kaftan Dress
Rekha sported the Queen Cleopatra-like look in a silk kaftan dress in golden-beige colour. The designer outfit was accentuated with a blue-hued short cape with a fish flake design in blue. She matched the dramatic and alluring outfit with matching headgear, curated jewellery, and glossy makeup. The iconic bold maroon tone lipstick was a common choice for this look too!
Collared Shirt and Skirt
The Khubsoorat movie star featured a gothic style by opting for a double-collared satin shirt, and farshi skirt, and layered it with a long drape jacket. To complete the magnum avatar, the OG queen layered it with gold jewellery and a matching sheer hat!
Velvet Dress
Rekha makes a chic style statement in a two-toned silk velvet sculpted drape gown that included a fit and flare silhouette with a flowy train. She styled the classic outfit with matching headgear, statement chandelier earrings, handcuffs, and statement rings.
