Experiment with jackets with shoulder pads. Something that draws attention to your shoulders rather than your butt. So suits and blazer are best options.

Again a trick to even out the width difference between your upper and lower half. A big necklace will add just the right amount of attention.

A-Line skirts and dresses are made for you that will camouflage wider hips.
